Q: What web browsers does www.BolivarStrawberryFestival.com support?
A: This site should support most, if not all, modern web browsers. It has been tested with Microsoft's Internet Explorer (versions 6 thru 8), Mozilla's Firefox (version 2), Opera (version 9) and Safari (version 3) on various Windows systems.
Q: I can't find program archives for 1974, 1976 or 2006. Why not?
A: At the time the site was designed, original programs for those years were not available. They may be added in the future if quality copies of those programs become available.
Q: I'm using Mozilla's Firefox web browser and the home page and all of the video archive pages just show a black screen or a missing plug-in box. Why can't I view these videos?
A: With the release of Windows Media Player 11, Microsoft changed the plug-in for Media Player and it no longer puts the files where they belong for Firefox to use them. Media Player won't work in Firefox on any web site unless you manually fix this problem. For a download to make Media Player work, visit www.getfirefox.com and go to the support link. Do a search for "Windows Media Player" and download the latest plugin.
Q: On my friend's computer, there are strawberry's going down either side of the screen, but all I get on my computer is a white background, why?
A: The site it is optimized for screen resolutions of 800 x 600 or higher. However, to see the strawberries, you need a resolution of greater than 800 pixels wide (usually 1024 x 768 or better will do nicely).
